  1. Purpose & Design “Meaning” that creates value. Purpose and social responsibility – how relevant are they to brand strength and value creation? You will learn how to identify the relevant purpose of a brand, what level of flight it needs and how design can become its catalyst.
  2. Identity & CultureA “we” that creates identity. Getting people excited about your own business is increasingly important in times of skilled labor shortages. Together you will discover the possibilities for brand strategy and brand design for an attractive employer brand. You learn to develop measures and formats for an identity-forming corporate culture.
  3. Customer perspective and brand experience design Customer centricity that creates value. How do customers see and experience the company, the brand, the products and services? What influences and motives lead to purchase and recommendation? You will learn the implications of this for brand strategy and brand design, and how you can contribute to sustainable alliances between customers and brands.
