As an internationally active, independent and owner-managed communications agency from Augsburg, we have supported global companies and medium-sized companies in all disciplines of successful brand management and development since 2009. Whether it’s automotive, finance, publishing and media, engineering, outdoor, food, beauty, fashion, sports or medical – whoever knocks on our door can be sure we won’t mince words. We have brand building in our blood, are organized in specialized units and are at home with all communication channels. From idea to visual identity design to implementation and operational implementation, nothing is left to chance. • Holistic, cross-media development of visual brand identities and corporate design
• Conceptual participation, design and participation in customer workshops as part of brand development
• Strategic and creative support in the development of communication strategies, taking into account market research results and insights from customer workshops
• Creation, adaptation and implementation of various means of communication (print/digital)
• Ensuring brand consistency during the realization of the means of communication and measures
• Interdisciplinary collaboration/collaboration with internal and external project participants

• Completed studies in graphic/communication design
• Several years of professional experience in creative and strategic design with a focus on corporate design/brand building
• Creative ideas with the zeitgeist and the courage to be exceptional
• High level of design competence that takes into account the individual communication styles of a wide range of industries in B2C and B2B
• Safe and up-to-date handling of MacOS and the programs in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe-XD (alternatively Figma)
• Strong affinity and competence for web and digital projects
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Process-oriented and transversal thinking
• Highest standards of quality and attention to detail
• High performance internet connection in the home office
• Soft screen and backup hardware desirable
