Agile UX Project Manager (m/f/d) – Design Diary

As an Agile UX project manager, you will supervise and coordinate projects from different industries with an agile mindset right from the proposal phase to the final presentation. You are the main contact person for interdisciplinary teams consisting of concept designers, visual designers, researchers and developers. With you, the threads come together to develop a product in close consultation with our customers’ product owners that makes both customers and users happy and offers the best UX.

-You enjoy creating structure in your project colleagues’ everyday life and keeping track of resources, project progress and budget
– You have experience with agile software development and represent a mindset of openness and continuous improvement
-You are familiar with concepts such as SCRUM, Kanban, continuous integration, sprints, requirements engineering and user stories
-You like to make your UX perspective clear to developers about the meaning behind user-centered design
– You are characterized by an independent, structured and analytical way of working
-You moderate customer agreements without hesitation and present project results to important stakeholders on the customer side
– With your communicative nature, you always keep an eye on the mood in the team and are proactive in finding solutions to conflicts
-You discuss, evaluate and prioritize product requirements with customers based on user research results
-You advise customers from a process perspective and actively shape the next steps together with the customer in an agile project environment
– You see complex issues as a challenge and passionately pursue the goal of implementing the best UX in the products
-You love methodical procedures in the user-centered design approach (e.g. general user research, interaction design, design principles in visual design) and evaluation of work results
-You can play a key role in shaping interaction concepts at a strategic level
– You speak German at C2 level or as a native speaker
– You are fluent in spoken and written English
– University degree in media/communication management, media informatics, HCI, psychology, design or a similar subject
-Mine. 3 years of work experience in the UX area or agile development environment
