The updates to the Xsolla NFT solution provide developers with the necessary tools to sell digital items, transfer them to users’ wallets and store them in their inventory, and allow users to mine and sell NFTs
Xsolla, a global video game trading company, announces new updates to its NFT solution offering that removes Web3.0 barriers to entry for users. With the new capabilities, partners can offer users the ability to sell, store and minimize NFTs, and also through a unified interface that integrates with other Xsolla solutions that deliver NFTs to users’ wallets.

Xsolla created the NFT checkout process earlier this year to allow developers to quickly and securely integrate NFTs into their game economies. This feature allowed players to make purchases using their preferred fiat payment method. The developer handled the minting and delivery of the NFTs, while Xsolla handled the checkout process and distribution of in-game items using fiat currencies.
With the upcoming update of the NFT Checkout solution, providers of video games and other digital content have the opportunity to boost their commerce. Partners can now sell NFTs, allow users to buy digital items and mine them into NFTs using their preferred fiat payment method, store items and NFTs in partner or Xsolla inventory, and transfer mined items to users’ wallets . In addition, the solution connects partners to major blockchains, including Ethereum, Solana and Polygon, and more than 100 supported e-wallets.
“We continue to see interest in the Web 3.0 market from existing and new game developers,” said Chris Hewish, president of Xsolla. “These developers want to provide additional value to players, strengthen their loyalty to the game and create new revenue streams. In support of these developers, Xsolla has taken steps to help our partners monetize their games with NFTs. Thanks to this effort, our partners offer their customers easy ways to buy, store and mint NFTs.”
“We believe that Web3 will soon be as ubiquitous as the Internet. The transition between virtual worlds and metaverses will be common and completely seamless. NFT Checkout is a service that breaks down the boundaries of mass adoption of Web3. It helps audiences with more traditional games to switch effortlessly to Web3,” said Alexey Kostarev, CEO of OnlySpace. “Here users can be truly free: they own assets and can trade with them. NFT Checkout has been tested in one of our projects. We see the potential of this service and will integrate it into all games we publish.”
