Then join our Print, Design & Direct Mail team as a graphic designer*!

The position is permanent, full time, 39 hours per week.

These are your tasks

– Elaboration of design concepts for direct marketing campaigns to attract donors
– Graphical implementation of other printed and online advertising material for the specialist departments such as flyers, advertisements, mailings, etc. taking into account the company’s design
– Design, creation and implementation of CI-compatible graphics in online and print
– Creation of print templates and layouts as well as image processing
– Advising other departments on graphic issues
– Accurate and independent preparation of the final artwork from graphic data
– Brainstorming and brainstorming for new campaigns with the specialist departments

Your skills

– Education or studies in graphic design, communication design, visual communication or media design with several years of work experience
– Experience with pre-press, layout and setup up to finished artwork
– Understanding of guidelines for corporate design
– Experienced handling of Adobe Creative Suite – especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
– A lot of creativity and motivation to create excellent promotional material from briefings
– Knowledge of HTML 5, Animate, for creating ads is an advantage
– Knowledge of video production and marketing desirable
– Independent, responsible and solution-oriented work
– Flexibility, ability to work in a team and organizational skills
– Identification with Christian values ​​and CBM’s mandate
