Whether it is paintball or nature lessons, swimming or go-karting, there are cheap supervised leisure activities for every age group and every taste in Beeskow and the surrounding area. There are limited places for some offers, so early registration is required. Other excursion destinations invite for spontaneous visits.
Corn maze and supervised play
Irrlandia near Storkow will offer various promotions throughout the holiday period, starting with the holiday starting on 7 July. Every day you are invited to adventure-pedagogical games and crafts. The full program can be found here. There is already a first highlight on July 9, the year’s first big wandering day “, where the corn maze opens.
Full program in the weather museum
The well-known weather museum in Lindenberg also works hard for holidays and beyond. From 7 July to 8 September, the summer holiday special invites to family trips, practical experiments and shows as well as weather balloon launches and climate change Mondays to Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. More information can be found here. Guided nature tours
With unique days of adventure, Burg Storkow has created a comprehensive program for the summer holidays, which brings children aged 7 to 12 years out into nature as part of supervised excursions. The price of the various two-hour tours varies between two and four euros.
On Tuesday, July 12, the first trip to the inner dune starts with a ranger showing the kids: “Desert is life”. The meeting place is opposite the Alter Weinberg restaurant. On Wednesday 13 July we continue to beekeeper Holger Ackermann, in each subsequent week two different excursions are offered.
Above all, nature and handicrafts are in focus, such as on the discovery trips in the castle tomb, to the beaver family or when working with clay. Runners and beekeepers at the fairytale farm
In Beeskow, several organizations provide a concentrated holiday program. Smaller children are invited to the AWO adventure farm playground from 11 to 21 July and 8 to 19 August to let off the steam. A can of cat food is required as access.
On Mondays 11 July, 18 July, 8 August and 15 August, Biene Willi is looking forward to visitors aged 10 to 12 learning something about the world of bees and beekeeping. Admission costs 7 euros, visitors are asked to register for the beekeeper mine in advance on 03366 26153. More information is available here.
Four Wednesdays at Beeskow Castle
Those who are not able to take part in the beekeeping tours at the Erlebnishof also have the opportunity to do so at the Oder-Spree Museum at Beeskow Castle. The museum offers four free workshops during the holidays. Wednesday the 13th of July we start with an insight into the fishing. Together with a trap fisherman, children from the age of eight discover how to catch fish from the Spree. The Beekeepers’ Association is on Wednesday the 20th and Wednesday the 27th of July. On 17 August, the children can carve kitchen utensils themselves. Advance registration is required and possible under 03366 352727. More information is available here.
nature education and children’s ceramics
During the holidays, DRK offers agreements for children’s ceramics for six to twelve year olds and nature education and crafts for children between three and six. Children’s ceramics take place from 12 July to 16 August every Tuesday from 15.00 to 16.00 and 16.00 to 17.00. On Wednesday, July 13, people are invited to do needlework at the same times as August 10. On Saturdays 23 July, 30 July and 6 August, nature lessons are invited. Large program from the women’s store
If you want excursions and good company, you should contact the ladies’ shop in Beeskow. In July, it offers a complete program of activities from Monday to Friday, from the 11th to the 29th of July. The cost is between zero and six euros. Every week there is an activity dedicated to creative work, such as pouring candles, making crafts or cooking. A swim to Müllrose is also planned.
Trips to places further afield are planned, such as the Berlin Zoo or the Wendisch-Rietz theme park. It gets sporty with miniature golf, bowling or other outdoor games. Action and travel with Pier-13
Children and young people from the age of 10 can use the youth team house on Pier 13 as a meeting place from 12.00 to 18.00. These range from daily activities such as archery with Knight Henneberg for 3 euros on July 8 to youth holidays lasting several days.
From 9 to 16 July there is a hike with accommodation on a houseboat in Müllrose for 75 euros. From 18.-21. July, young people can take part in an overnight graffiti project at the Pier 13 house. From 23 to 30 July, there is the opportunity to take part in a week-long youth exchange in Montreuil-Juigné, France for 100 euros.
From 26 to 29 July, there will be a fishing camp in Leißnitz for 30 euros. In August, the club also offers other daily activities such as paintball or a swim. stories and games
History and game activities with changing themes will take place every Monday during the holidays in Kupferschmiede from 10.00 to 11.30. On July 11, the superhero morning for children from 6 years starts. This will be followed by the Maker Kids topics – how a 3D printer works, ingenious inventions, a journey through Europe, making new from old and delicious – eating healthy. Tropical trip with the city of Beeskow
The town of Beeskow itself also offers a little trip for the holiday season. For 15 euros, children and 30 euros for adults can take the bathing bus on July 21 on a joint trip for up to 49 participants to the Tropical Islands.
